This Terrigal backyard has recently undergone a complete transformation, proving that you don’t always need to start from scratch to achieve a high-end, resort-style finish. The original space was feeling its age, so we stepped in to breathe new life into the existing structure through a comprehensive pool renovation on the Central Coast.
The project began by stripping away the dated elements that were holding the backyard back. We removed the old decking, the original feature wall, and the weathered coping tiles. Once the area was cleared, we poured new concrete and laid sleek, modern tiles across the entire surround to create a clean, uniform look.
For the pool itself, we replaced the old interior with shimmering glass beads and added a fresh waterline tile for a crisp, contemporary aesthetic. Beyond the surface-level beauty, we also focused on functionality by installing a brand-new heater and building a dedicated enclosure for the updated pool equipment. The result is a stunning concrete pool on the Central Coast that feels brand new, complete with glass fencing and lush landscaping that highlights the vibrant water.
Our client, Helen, was thrilled with the outcome, noting that the team kept her informed throughout the entire process. It is a perfect example of how a thoughtful update can completely reimagine a home’s outdoor living space.
