Winter might be cool, but it’s the perfect time to plan ahead for hot summer days — and this sleek backyard pool in Putney is a stellar example of why.
The homeowners wanted a stylish yet functional retreat they could enjoy as a family and with guests. The design brief was clear: clean lines, a modern look, and finishes that felt luxurious without overwhelming the contemporary architecture of their home. Tropical Pools of Australia delivered just that — with a custom concrete pool that complements the home’s aesthetic while adding a refreshing focal point to the outdoor space.
Built with clean-line geometry, this concrete pool in Sydney reflects a refined, contemporary style. The seamless layout integrates beautifully with the raised timber deck, creating a perfect transition from indoor to outdoor living. We used premium tiling throughout the pool and surrounds to deliver durability with a refined finish.
Safety and elegance were equally important — so we installed frameless glass fencing, enhancing the open feel while offering clear sightlines from the alfresco area. The sleek glass panels also add a touch of architectural sophistication.
This backyard transformation wasn’t just about a pool — it was about creating a space where mornings could start with a swim and evenings could end with wine by the water, all in the comfort of their Putney home.
